Doesn't open half the time
This app is so frustrating. Constantly freezing and never fully functional. Would be great if it ever worked. Get it together, S&S... More like SMH!
This app is completely awful. This past year I've had an issue EVERYTIME I try to place an order. I will get my things set up in my cart and when I go back a few hours later to finalize and send ity items are gone and I now have to do my shopping all over. More than half the time when I open the app it is not loading all the way. Cannot see weekly circular. Cannot pick a time to pick up. Cannot load cart. It is very very frustrating.
I don't know what's going on but whether on the app or website the cart I build ends up disappearing. This is a recent issue and has wasted several hours of my time. Screw it, I'm just going to shop at Shaw's. Their online pick up has never done me dirty like the stop and shop online orders.
Always lag and freezes up. It's faster to drive 10 minutes to the store and shop rather than try to put in an online order. The desktop website is no better. Need to hire an IT team to fix this or people are going to shop elsewhere
I loaded my digital coupons days before I shop. It doesn't work so you have to go to Customer Service to get your money back. The young girl insulted you when she given you the adjustment. She said you didn't load early and you will come back to buy the same set of digital items. What a shame to hire someone to make customers don't come back to shop in your store! I will not shop there anymore. I was so mad and tell her to refund all my items I bought but she wouldn't.
This app is sooo slow! It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to shop because you're not saying time. Online shopping shouldn't take am hour to complete.
Terrible
You can't change the billing address, the app is generally laggy, 'customer service' is a useless bot. Save some time and stick with Amazon.
Wouldn't load IN THE STORE. Didn't get my discount
